About the Role
ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Special Educational Needs School in Dudley. This is a full-time position, available for an immediate start, with the potential for a long-term placement for the right candidate.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide personalised support to students with complex and profound SEND, focusing on their educational, social, and emotional growth.
Work closely with class teachers to create an engaging, inclusive, and accessible curriculum.
Support students aged 4 to 19 through one-on-one and small group interventions, helping them unlock their full potential.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification (preferred but not essential).
Has experience working with children or young people with moderate to complex additional needs.
Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong connections with students.
Can provide suitable references and has (or is willing to obtain) a valid DBS check.
